All intellectual property rights related to the services provided by G-Connect, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary methodologies, remain the exclusive property of G-Connect.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, G-Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless G-Connect and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
Either party may terminate the agreement for any reason with written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you will remain responsible for any outstanding fees owed to G-Connect for services rendered.
G-Connect reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
